"Internet Calls" Service

This service enables You to make low-cost outgoing calls to mobile phones and landlines over the Internet. These calls are accessible through Your PC, mobile phone or VoIP phone.

Important information:

  • This service uses the same number and balance as Your roaming card. This service is billed according to a separate price list (from the sound roaming service).
  • Incoming calls are not available.
    • This service can only be used in connection with an active Internet connection. Possible network connections:
    • LAN – Local Area Network - computer network;
    • WIFI – Wireless Fidelity – cordless computer network, the service can be blocked by the Wi-Fi area administrator;
    • 2G / 3G mobile networks – the service can be blocked by Your mobile service provider.
  • Quality of the Connection.

It is important to bear in mind, that the quality of the connection is directly dependant on the (Internet) data transfer speed but also significantly on the programs (their settings), equipment and sets You are using.

How To Activate the Service?

Dial the code 9051 on your (roaming card) phone and press the "Call" button. In case the phone does not support direct dialling, dial *146*9051* and press the "Call" button. The service has now been activated. You will receive a confirmation SMS on your display, which contains the following data:

  • server: 91.204.65.68
  • realm: camel (needed for NOKIA SIP annex configuration)
  • username: 37122220000
  • password: 5HGJ54d (! must be kept from any third persons)

To turn off the service You need to dial 9050 (or *146*9050*) and press the „Call“ key. The service has now been deactivated.

Recommended programs to be used together with the service:

  • Program 3CXPhone

Free calling software for Windows

1. 3CXPhone can be downloaded from the developers website http://www.3cx.com/

2. Start the program setup process.

3. Accept the licence terms and click the "Next" button.

4. Choose the program installation path (you may use the default) and click „Next” key.

5. After You have clicked the „Finish” button, the setup is finished and the 3CxPhone call software is started.

6. Click the „Install” key.

3CXPhone for Windows

1. Olen the 3CXPhone from the 3CXPhone program folder or click its shortcut in the icon tree.

2. The program can be downloaded from the developer’s website: http://www.3cx.com/. Upon its first use 3CXPhone automatically creates a new profile. If this did not happen, please click the „Set accounts” option in order to set up a new profile.

3. Input the Account Name – e.g. „Teqli Telecom“. In the fields „Caller ID“, „Extension“ (internal number) and „ID“ – input your phone number together with the country code. In the field „Password“, input your password. This data is provided by the VoIP operator Teqli Telecom.

4. Select „I am out of the office – external IP“ and enter the SIP-server name – x.camelmobile.com.

Setting up 3CXPhone for iPhone.

1. Install the 3CXPhone application from the iPhone App Store: http://itunes.apple.com/
Developers website: http://www.3cx.com/

2. Open „Settings“ → 3CXPhone or click on the application icon.

3. Setup is performed during the first launch of the 3CXPhone application. If this did not happen, click on the "Not Registered" message on the top-right corner of the screen in order to start setting up Your profile.

4. In the field „User” - input your phone number, in the field „Password“ - input your password and in the field „Internal Server”, input x.camelmobile.com. This data is provided to You by the VoIP operator Teqli Telecom. After inputting all the necessary data, click on „Done”.

Setting up the Android application

1. You can install the 3CXPhone application for Android from the developers website http://www.3cx.com/

2. Open „Settings“ → 3CXPhone or click on the application icon.

3. Setup is performed during the first launch of the 3CXPhone application. If this did not happen, click on the "Not Registered" message on the top-right corner of the screen in order to start setting up Your profile.

4. In the field „User” - input your phone number, in the field „Password“ - input your password and in the field „Internal Server”, input x.camelmobile.com. This data is provided to You by the VoIP operator Teqli Telecom. After inputting all the necessary data, click on „Done”.

Application Setup Under Symbian

Nokia E-series (E51,E61,E71..) mobile phones

1. Enter: Menu → Tools → Settings → Start-up → Internet-phone

2. Select Functions → New profile

  • Name — Teqli Telecom
  • SIP profile – Teqli Telecom

3. Enter: Menu → Tools → Settings → Start-up → SIP-parameters

  • Select Functions → New SIP profile
  • Profile name — Teqli Telecom
  • Service profile — IETF
  • Default network — (the Wi-Fi are You intend to use)
  • Public username — Your phone number@x.camelmobile.com (e.g. 37122222020@x.camelmobile.com)
  • Use the push-function — No
  • Registration — Permanent
  • Use encrypting — No

4. Enter: Menu → Tools → Settings → Start-up → SIP-parameters

  • Select Functions → New SIP profile → Registration server
  • Registration server address — x.camelmobile.com
  • Realm — camel
  • Username – your phone number (e.g. 37122222020)
  • Password — input Your password
  • Transfer type — UDP
  • Port — 5060
